and more…

amo_te_mil_milhoes_01|english| Amo-te mil milhões is a Portuguese brand from Virginia Otten. As she explains, the name 'Amo-te mil milhões' was born from conversations between mother and son: "I was looking for something to relate what I mean with what I do. My son Miguel, who still doesn’t like to sleep, would say to how much he loved me right  before he went to sleep... ‘Amo-te cem vezes, amo-te mil vezes’... until one day he found a number that seemed more infinite: mil milhões”.

Nowadays, Virginia spends her time being a mother and a crafter but all started from a very young age. She grew up in a big house in the middle of very creative grandparents, that she fondly recalls: "I was at the feet of my grandfather while he was building a wooden doll house with furniture, wallpaper and carpet... a work of true dedication. The mother of my grandmother also taught me to knit and my grandmother, who still helps me a lot, spend hours in the sewing machine. And I felt good in that environment”.

Only much later, unemployed, she began to make some gifts for her friends. The friends began to tell to their friends and then to the friends of friends... Today the circle begins to grow even bigger...
